Labriola Baking Company creates artisan bread. Rich Labriola knew that baking his own artisan bread was what he had to do, but that he would do it better than anyone else. Rich studied with masters from the French, Italian and German methods of bread making. He learned what he needed from each to create his own style. So Rich built a bakery. Quality and authenticity is the foundation. Only the purest ingredients will do. Rich ages his own flour, and brought in special Italian ovens.
Mr. LaBriola continues to expand and refine his breads, and common goals makes Labriola Baking Company unique in today’s bakery world.
