CHICAGO (December 8, 2020) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Hatchery Hill Towne Center in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. The 85,854 square-foot retail center was sold to Seattle-based Bridge33 Capital.
Hatchery Hill Towne Center is positioned in the suburban Madison community of Fitchburg in Dane County, six miles from downtown Madison. The center is shadow anchored by a Pick N Save and offers customers a diversified tenant line-up including Panera Bread, Verizon Wireless, Mod Pizza, Great Dane Pub & Brewing Co., and Anytime Fitness.
