CHICAGO (January 18, 2020) Mid-America Real Estate Corporation's Investment Sales 
team recently brokered the sale of Shoppes at Haydens Crossing in Hilliard, Ohio. The 70,366 square-foot grocery anchored center was purchased by Detroit, Michigan-based Broder & Sachse Real Estate, Inc.

Shoppes at Haydens Crossing is anchored by Giant Eagle, the dominant grocer in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio, plus a freestanding GetGo (Giant Eagle’s convenience and gas station chain).  A multi-tenant outlot building features specialty tenants such as Marco’s PizzaGreat ClipsHayden Run Dentistry.  The Center is located at the northeast corner of Hayden Run Boulevard and Cosgray Road in the Columbus suburb of Hilliard, Ohio.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Ben Wineman, in cooperation with Anchor Associates Principal Amy Holter, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based ECHO Realty.
