The 5,013 square-foot center was purchased by a private West Coast-based investor in a 1031 exchange. The property closed at 98.7% of the listing price and generated multiple offers.
ATI / AT&T is in South Bend, which serves as the major economic and cultural hub of Northern Indiana.
