CHICAGO (October 3, 2019) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation's Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Oakbridge Retail Center in Madison, Wisconsin. The 54,216 square-foot center was purchased by Baltimore, Maryland-based AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
Oakbridge Retail Center is strategically located at the northeast corner of Mineral Point Road and U.S. 12, in the heart of Madison’s West Side commercial trade area.
