CHICAGO (August 5, 2019) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Grafton Marketplace in Grafton, Wisconsin. The 9,742-square-foot retail center was purchased by a private buyer.
Grafton Marketplace is situated just south of the southeast corner of Washington Street and Port Washington Road the “main and main” intersection in Grafton, approximately 20 miles north of downtown Milwaukee. Many category leader national retailers are concentrated in this area including Costco, Dicks, Target, The Home Depot, and Ulta.
The 100% leased center features a strong mix of national tenants including Firehouse Subs, Heartland Dental, Bentley’s Pet Stuff, and US Cellular. All four tenants recently signed 10-year leases.
