Timmerman Plaza is strategically located at the corner of West Silver Spring Drive and West Appleton Avenue (Route 175) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The center’s tenancy includes Dollar Tree, rue21, Rainbow, H&R Block, MetroPCS, Cosmo Beauty Supply, and is shadow anchored by Walmart Supercenter.
