CHICAGO (March 15, 2019) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Green Acres in Saginaw, Michigan. The 246,664 square-foot food and drug-anchored center was purchased by a Dallas, Texas-based family office.
Green Acres is located at the northwest corner of State Street and Hemmeter Road in Saginaw Township, Saginaw County, Michigan. The community center is anchored by Kroger, Rite Aid, and Planet Fitness.
