CHICAGO (March 13, 2019) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of The Shoppes at Fox River in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The 483,409-square-foot grocery-anchored center was purchased by a private investor.
The Shoppes at Fox River, located in Waukesha, an established western suburb of Milwaukee, is the market’s dominant, open air community center, anchored by Pick ‘N Save (Kroger), Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Petco, Ulta, Dollar Tree, Five Below and Tuesday Morning.
The center was developed in 2009, expanded in 2012, 2014, and 2016, and features a sophisticated architectural look with high-quality construction.
