BROOKFIELD, Wisc. (February 5, 2019) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Brownstones Shopping Center in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The 137,816-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center was purchased by Chicago, Illinois- based Newport Capital Partners.
Brownstones Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Bluemound and Calhoun Roads in the heart of Brookfield’s Bluemound Trade Corridor, the dominant trade area in Milwaukee. The center is anchored by a high performing Metro Market (Pick ‘n Save - Kroger) and TJ Maxx and is supported by a tenant line-up featuring primarily service, restaurant and health care-oriented tenants. Tenants at the center include: Jersey Mikes, Blaze Pizza, Pearl Vision, Weight Watchers, ATI Physical Therapy, TGI Friday, Le Grande Salon, Milan Laser Hair Removal, Dairy Queen, Express Employment, and La Vie Nails and Spa.
