FARMINGTON, Mich. (February 4, 2019) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Downtown Farmington Center in Farmington, Michigan. The 96,194-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center was purchased by Austin, Texas- based Glen Una Management.
Downtown Farmington Center is located at the “main and main” intersection of Grand River Avenue and Farmington Road in the affluent northwest suburban Detroit community of Farmington. The center is anchored by Fresh Thyme Farmers Market and is complemented by a mix of national, regional and local tenants including Tuesday Morning, Pet Valu, Fitness 19, Starbucks, H&R Block, AT&T, U.S. Postal Service and Cold Stone Creamery.
