CHESTERFIELD, Mich. (November 12, 2018) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Waterside Marketplace in Chesterfield Township, Michigan. The 291,231-square-foot retail center was purchased by PMAT Real Estate Investments, a middle market real estate investment firm founded in 2003 that is actively pursuing acquisitions nationally.
Waterside Marketplace is located at the southwest quadrant of 23 Mile Road and Interstate 94 in the northeast suburban Detroit community of Chesterfield Township, Michigan.
