LIVONIA, Mich. (December 18, 2017) - Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Millennium Park Shopping Center in the suburban Detroit community of Livonia, Mich. The 273,029 square-foot shopping center was purchased by Farmington Hills, Mich. based Grand Sakwa Properties.
Millennium Park is located at the southeast corner of Middlebelt Road and Interstate 96 in the Detroit suburb of Livonia, Mich. The regional center is the trade area’s dominant retail draw with a strong tenant mix of national retailers including The Home Depot, Marshalls, Michaels, PetSmart and Ulta, and shadow anchored by Costco and Meijer.
