BOARDMAN, Ohio (April 6, 2017) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Southland Crossings in Boardman, Ohio. The 537,057-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center was purchased by Dallas, Texas-based Tabani Group.
Southland Crossings is located north of the northeast corner of South Avenue and US Route 224 in Boardman, Ohio. The grocery-anchored center features Walmart, Lowe’s, Giant Eagle, PetSmart, DSW and Babies R Us.
Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, in cooperation with Amy Holter of Anchor Associates were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Beachwood, Ohio-based DDR Corporation.
