LIVONIA (DETROIT MSA), Mich. (September 23, 2016) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently acted as the exclusive broker for the sale of the Livonia Plaza in Livonia, Mich. The 137,391-square-foot center was purchased by Cincinnati Ohio - based Phillips Edison for $19.8 million.
Livonia Plaza is located east of the southeast corner of 5 Mile Road and Merriam Road in Livonia, Mich. The center is anchored by Kroger and includes co-tenants TJ Maxx, Red Wing Shoes, Sally Beauty Supply and Subway.
