OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. (March 23, 2016) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Fenton Commons. A group represented by Greenwood Village, Colo.-based GDA Real Estate acquired the 82,242-square-foot property for $15 million.
Fenton Commons is located at the southwest corner of Highway 141 and Route 30 in Fenton (St. Louis MSA), Mo. The center is anchored by Best Buy, Old Navy and Barnes & Noble with Chili’s and Bank of America outlots.
Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate – Missouri, LLC in cooperation with Scott Seyfried of Pace Properties were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, a private St. Louis-based partnership.
