MINNEAPOLIS (January 26, 2016) – Minneapolis-based Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC announced four new retail leases recently signed on behalf of shopping centers. Mid-America Project Leasing team represented the landlords in the following transactions, listed below in order of transaction size.
Plymouth, Minn. (Hennepin County) – Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping signed a lease for 5,280 square feet at Cottonwood Plaza located in Plymouth, Minn. The 47,903-square-foot center is located on the east side of Interstate 494 and County Road 9, and is anchored by MGM Liquor and O’Reilly Auto Parts. The retailer is expected to open in February 2016.
Savage, Minn. (Scott County) – Pacific Dental and Noodles & Company each signed leases for 3,000 square feet and 2,600 square feet respectively at Ridgecrest Marketplace. The 12,000-square-foot center is planned to be developed in early 2016 and is located at the corner of Highway 13 and Connelly Parkway in Savage, Minn. Both retailers are expected to open in October 2016.
Coon Rapids, Minn. (Anoka County) – Aaron Auto Service signed a lease for 2,582 square feet at Coon Rapids Auto Mall located in Coon Rapids, Minn. The 24,095-square-foot center is located off of Excelsior Boulevard, and is anchored by McKay Collision. The retailer is expected to open in April 2016.
