INDIANAPOLIS (October 21, 2015) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of the multi-tenant outlot building at Lawrence Commons in Indianapolis. Indianapolis-based Providence Development purchased the 4,935-square-foot building.
Lawrence Commons is located at the northwest corner of Pendleton Pike (US 36) and Mitthoefer Road. The center has a diverse mix of tenants including Jimmy John’s, Wok N Roll and Orange Leaf, and is shadow-anchored by LA Fitness and Family Dollar.
