SHOREWOOD, Minn. (October 20, 2015) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Shorewood Village Shopping Center in Shorewood, Minn. Minneapolis-based Kraus-Anderson Realty Company purchased the 62,308-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center.
Shorewood Village Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Highway 7 and Highway 41 in Shorewood, Minn. The center is shadow-anchored by Cub Foods and features retailers such as Dollar Tree, True Value, Caribou Coffee and Great Clips.
