Matthew Lupkes is a Property Manager at Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota, LLC.
Matthew has worked in property management for over twenty years. He began his real estate career as a general contractor, project manager and apartment manager for Towncrest Management formerly of St. Louis Park. At Towncrest, he increased the ROI by capitalizing on the needs of the market and adapting and updating the real estate. This was done by improving curb appeal, modifying floorplans, and adding income generating amenities.
Mr. Lupkes transitioned to the non-profit sector assisting several companies with their real estate needs. This included leasing and managing multiple properties.
In 2005, Matthew became the City Engineer for the City of Lismore, MN. He worked closely with the Lismore City Council, the Minnesota Department of Health, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the Luverne Utility Department, Lincoln Pipestone Rural Water, and the Rural Water Association on a variety of issues relating to their infrastructure and utilities.
Prior to joining Mid America Real Estate-Minnesota, Mr. Lupkes worked for New Concepts Management Group with Homeowner Association clients. For over ten years he helped volunteer boards make sound fiscal decisions for the future of their buildings and properties. Matthew’s construction and municipal experience have allowed him to assist clients with preventative maintenance plans, insurance matters, construction defect resolution, financial planning and collections, as well as negotiations with municipalities.
