Carly Gallagher Kelly is a Vice President with Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group. In her role, Ms. Kelly is responsible for the generation, underwriting, and execution of investment sale assignments. She has been directly involved in the completion of over $700 million of retail investment sale transactions. Ms. Gallagher Kelly has worked on a variety of assignments throughout the United States on behalf of private clients, public REIT’s, and institutional advisors.
Prior to joining Mid-America, Carly was an Asset Manager at Inland Private Capital Corporation, where she was focused on providing institutional quality real estate products to investors. At Inland Private Capital, she specialized in providing tax deferral strategies for investors seeking to defer capital gains that may arise from an investment property sale. Ms. Gallagher Kelly was responsible for all asset management functions for over $2 billion in commercial real estate; including shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial properties.
Ms. Gallagher Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she also played Division I Collegiate Women’s Soccer. Ms. Gallagher is a member of Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF), where she served on the board as Treasurer. She also serves on the board of the ICSC State Committee, and is the co-chair of ICSC Next Generation. Carly is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois, as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
