Brian Adams joined Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in 2005 and became a principal in 2016. Brian is a licensed managing broker in the State of Illinois. He specializes in strategic restaurant representation and development, landlord representation and property disposition.
Throughout his career Mr. Adams has focused on providing detailed market research and development strategies for nationally established and high-growth restaurant concepts evaluating the Chicagoland MSA. Brian and his team have been instrumental in the growth of local entrepreneurs and international restaurateurs. Geographic coverage and experience extends across Northern-Central-Southern Illinois, as well as Northwest Indiana.

Brian resides in Wicker Park with his wife, Erin, daughters, Evelyn & Blake and loving dog Lucy. Brian is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Co-Chair of the Restaurant Council for the Chain Links Organization and a member of the Wicker Park Committee. Brian is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington.
