Mid-America's Investment Sales Group Closes
on Sale of Strip Center on Former Miller-Krueger Dodge Site

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. (October 27, 2009) – Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois-based Mid-America Real Estate Corporation announced the sale of the former Miller-Krueger Dodge dealership on Milwaukee Avenue, just north of Route 176 in Libertyville, Illinois. MJK Real Estate Holding Company bought the property for an undisclosed amount from Liberty Auto City, Inc. in Libertyville. Mid-America's Steve Frishman and David Stensby represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Tenants at the 18,488 square foot center will include Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Dunkin’ Donuts, CD One Price Cleaners and T-Mobile.

The asset sits on two acres in the coveted downtown area of this northern suburb. For the past 30 years, the property had been active as a dealership for Miller-Krueger Dodge, which vacated the property in 2008.
