Mid-America Signs Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership to Market Square Shopping Center in Chicago’s SW Suburbs

BOLINGBROOK, Ill.  (October 1, 2009) – The Rebl Companies, d.b.a. Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership, has signed a lease for 7,448 square feet at Market Square Shopping Center in Bolingbrook, Ill., with plans to open in the winter, according to Richard Spinell, Principal of Oakbrook Terrace-based Mid-America Asset Management, Inc., the center’s exclusive leasing representative.

This is the third location for the Bloomington, Ill.-based franchisee, which is planning to expand by another two locations in the next 18 months, according to Rebl Companies President Mark Hindrichs. His two current locations are in Aurora and Joliet. Aaron’s Inc., which lists a total of 43 locations throughout Illinois, is a national leader in the sales, leasing, and specialty retailing of residential and office furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances, and accessories.  The public company has more than 1,630 company-operated and franchised stores in 48 states and Canada.

Mid-America Leasing Representative Jaime Platt handled the lease on behalf of the landlord, dealing directly with the tenant. Market Square is a  186,976 square foot retail center anchored by a Wal-Mart that plans to remodel into a Super Wal-Mart by fall of 2010. The center is located at 122 S. Bolingbrook Drive on the southeast corner of Route 53 and Briarcliff Road in Bolingbrook, Ill., a southwest suburb of Chicago.
