Mid-America Real Estate arranges sale of eight-property Getgo portfolio

CHICAGO (January 8, 2021) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of eight leasehold interests leased to Getgo Cafe + Market located across Ohio, Pennsylvania and Indiana. The portfolio was purchased by Iowa City, Iowa-based Barker Financial.

GetGo Cafe + Market is a high-quality fuel and convenience concept that is owned by Giant Eagle, which is one of the nation’s premier grocers. The properties in the portfolio are all subject to long-term absolute triple net and an average lease term remaining of approximately 17 years.

11545 North Illinois Street – Carmel, Indiana

317 Old Haymaker Road – Monroeville, Pennsylvania

133 Boardman Poland Road – Boardman, Ohio

4590 Boardman Canfield Road – Canfield, Ohio

3080 Medina Road – Medina, Ohio

1130 Youngstown Warren Road – Niles, Ohio

1363 East Main Street – Ravenna, Ohio

951 High Street – Wadsworth, Ohio
