SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (April 10, 2018) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of the Primrose Marketplace. The 371,592-square-foot center was purchased by a joint venture between New York City – based DRA Advisors and Beachwood, Ohio – based Chase Properties.
Primrose Marketplace is a dominant regional center located in the southwest Missouri city of Springfield, at the northeast corner of the trade areas “main and main” retail intersection of Glenstone Avenue and Primrose Street. This open-air center is anchored by TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Ulta, Best Buy, PetSmart, JC Penney Home Store and Bed Bath & Beyond.
