CHICAGO (March 1, 2017) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently acted as the broker for the sale of Webster Place Shopping Center in Chicago. The 134,918 square-foot center was sold by Chicago-based Syndicated Equities Group and purchased by Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust for $52.65 million.
Webster Place is located at the southwest corner of North Clybourn and Webster Avenues in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. The center is anchored by Regal Cinemas, Webster Place Athletic Club, Barnes and Noble and Chase Bank.
