HOWELL (DETROIT MSA), Mich. (July 7, 2015) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Crossroads Towne Center located in Howell (Detroit MSA), Mich. The grocery-anchored center was purchased by Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison.
Crossroads is located at the northwest quadrant of Highland and Oak Grove Roads in Howell, Mich. The 102,275-square-foot center is anchored by Kroger.
