Mid-America’s Tenant Representation team represented the tenants in the following transactions which are listed below in order of transaction size.
St. Cloud, Minn. (Stearns County) – Office Max signed a lease for 23,500 square feet at Westgate Shopping Center located in St. Cloud, Minn. The 105,446-square-foot center is located on West Division Street. Area retailers include Macy’s, JCPenney, Sears and Target.
West St. Paul, Minn. (Dakota County) – Dollar Tree signed a lease for 10,919 square feet at Signal Hills Shopping Center located in West St. Paul, Minn. The 226,929-square-foot center is located at 1201 South Robert Street, and features tenants including Super K-Mart, Subway, GNC, Caribou Coffee and more.
St. Paul, Minn. (Ramsey County) – Rainbow Apparel signed a lease for 6,930 square feet at Midway Shopping Center located in St. Paul, Minn. The 293,732-square-foot center is located at the corner of University Avenue West and Snelling Avenue North, and is anchored by Rainbow Foods, Office Max, Walgreens, Big Top Liquor and Foot Locker.
Stillwater, Minn. (Washington County) – Salon Concepts signed a lease for 4,515 square feet at Oak Park Commons located in Stillwater, Minn. The 23,493-square-foot center is located at on Norwich Avenue North, and co-tenants include Aldi’s, Lowe’s, Bremer Bank, Buffalo Wild Wings, FedEx Kinko’s, Massage Envy, Savoy Pizza and White Castle.
