HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (April 20, 2015) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Waynetown Plaza located in Huber Heights, Ohio. The 192,332-square-foot grocery-anchored center was purchased by Baltimore-based Broad Reach Retail Partners.
Waynetown Plaza is located at the southwest corner of Old Troy Pike (State Route 22) and Interstate 70 in Huber Heights, Ohio. The center is anchored by Kroger and features a strong line-up of small shop tenants and outlots that include Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Friday’s, Chipotle, Burger King and Davita Dialysis.
