With the addition of 216,091-square-foot Bayside Marketplace in Green Bay, Wisc. and 367,147-square-foot Memorial Mall in Sheboygan, Wisc. to their portfolio, Mid-America is now the largest third-party retail property manager in Wisconsin. Mid-America’s third-party management encompasses physical property services, coordinating day-to-day maintenance, asset accounting and rent collections.
