(August 28, 2014) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Buttermilk Towne Center in Crescent Springs (Cincinnati MSA), Ky. The 277,533-square-foot center was purchased by Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE: RPT) for $42 million.
Buttermilk Towne Center is located at the northeast quadrant of Interstate 71/75 and Buttermilk Pike (State Route 371). The center is anchored by Home Depot, Remke Markets, Field & Stream (Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc.), and LA Fitness, and is complemented by a strong line-up of national and regional retailers including PNC Bank, FedEx Office, Palm Beach Tan, Firehouse Subs, Marcos’ Pizza, and sweetFrog Yogurt.
