William LaKritz specializes in tenant representation for box users over 25,000 square feet, chain store leasing, landlord representation and investment sales.
William started his real estate career in 1968 acquiring and rehabbing residential properties. Shortly there after he started working in new house construction. In 1972, William became an Associate Broker and began his career in commercial real estate. In 1981 William decided to open his own commercial real estate company and cofounded LaKritz-Weber & Company with Sanford Weber. William was the Principal and President of LaKritz-Weber & Company until he dissolved the company to join Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. in 2011. Some of William’s clients include: LA Fitness, Gardner White, Rite Aid, Advance Auto and Westborn Market.
William is a member of ICSC and is one of the original founders and Board Members of ChainLinks Retail Advisors, the number one provider of retail tenant space in North America.
