Eric Birnholtz

Bio

Eric Birnholtz joined Mid-America in June 2017 as an intern with the leasing team. In May of 2018, Eric was brought on as a full-time employee. Eric’s responsibilities include developing appropriate merchandising plans for each property, marketing and contacting potential tenants. He will also be actively researching new tenant categories and contacts.

Eric Received a degree in finance and real estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in May 2018. Eric is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
