EXPERTISE
Chad Rolfes joined Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC in 2018, he is a Senior Property Accountant. Chad is responsible for financial statement preparation, CAM and tax reconciliation, preparation of annual budget as well as daily interaction with Property Managers, banks, and clients.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Chad began his career in commercial real estate in 2012 with CBRE in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He started as an accounting coordinator and worked his way up to being a Senior Real Estate Accountant. While at CBRE, Chad did the accounting for several clients and prepared monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and worked daily with property managers and clients for multi-tenant buildings. Prior to joining CBRE, Chad worked in the Insurance and Mortgage industry.

AFFILIATIONS & EDUCATION
Chad graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in economics and also has a degree in accounting from Rasmussen College.
