Adam Dreier is currently a Senior Vice President with Mid-America Real Estate - Wisconsin, L.L.C., specializing in Tenant Representation of national and regional retailers throughout the state of Wisconsin. Mr. Dreier works with each client to create a market strategy, define space requirements, identify suitable locations, and negotiate lease terms tailored to their specific needs. Some of his clients include Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, Mattress Firm, AT&T, Aspen Dental, Planet Fitness, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and PetSmart.
Mr. Dreier joined Mid-America Real Estate as a Broker Associate in 2002. Prior to his affiliation with Mid-America Real Estate, he worked locally in the industrial commercial real estate market.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Dreier graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Development. Currently, he is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin (CARW).
Specializing in market roll-outs, Mr. Dreier has successfully completed the expansion strategy for multiple select clients, including the following:
•Planet Fitness – hired by Planet Fitness operator when they had 3 stores in the market; facilitated their growth to 30+ locations in a multi-state area within 5 years.
•PNC Bank – retained by PNC after their acquisition of National City Bank; quickly put together a strategy to penetrate their largest holes in metro-Milwaukee; assisted in opening 13 new branch locations within 36 months.
•Buffalo Wild Wings – grew the concept from 7 locations in Wisconsin to 33 locations.
•Aspen Dental – hired to assist with their entrance into the market; implemented a plan resulting in 19 locations to-date.
