Mid-America Real Estate Corporation was founded in 1984 as a tenant brokerage business.  The success in tenant brokerage led to the formation of Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. to provide clients with management and project leasing services.  Investment Sales, the Urban Group and Construction Management/Development Services have also been added to better serve our clients in all aspects of retail real estate.

The addition of Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin secured our position as the leading Midwest retail real estate company.  Today we represent over 100 tenants (both national and regional), we are the largest third-party shopping center management firm (leasing and managing over 28 million square feet) and have exceeded $2 billion in investment sales.
